Everyone wants to be the most productive they can be. No surprise there, right? And in today’s day and age with the constant business of life, you want there to be easy shortcuts to help make yourself more productive.
Well, sorry to disappoint, but there are no easy shortcuts. But, don’t lose hope! While there might not be exact shortcuts, there are definitely products that can help you be more productive by improving your focus, mental health and more.
Let’s get to it!
Change Up Your Daily Routine
I once heard someone say, “Sometimes a change is as good as a rest.” That may have been on a movie or tv show now that I think about it, but I still think there is some truth to it.
Changing up even one small aspect of your daily routine can be monumental for your productivity. It doesn’t have to be something crazy like waking up and going to the gym at 4:30am every morning when you’re used to getting up at 8am. Let’s face it, that’s impossible, right?
Try something like waking up 20 minutes earlier to go for a walk in the morning or do some stretches before getting ready for the day and going to work. This might not seem like much, but it can work wonders, trust me.
Try CBD Oils
I already know what you’re thinking. “CBD is just a passing fad, I’m not buying into that. I hear you; I was there too. But, hear me out here, I don’t think CBD is going anywhere anytime soon. There have been numerous reports made about the benefits of CBD and how people have used it for fighting addiction all the way up to cancer treatments. You can even get CBD gummies and CBD soaps if you click here which can help you unwind when you are in the shower. Cannabidiol Gummies are increasing in popularity so make sure you do your own research and see what you think!
When I first started learning about CBD and trying to learn more about it, I stumbled across a site called The CBD Guru that had a great beginner’s guide to CBD; it taught me everything I needed to know. If you’re new to CBD, I would check them out and read up on it more. CBD has so many positive effects such as:
- Treating Anxiety & Depression
- Inflammatory Pain
- Helps Treat Acne
- Helps Muscle Recovery
- Can Help With Joint / Nerve Damage
- And So Much More
So, it goes without saying how CBD can help with your productivity. Who wouldn’t be more productive having their body not ache and not feeling anxious all the time? That’s what I thought.
Invest in a Standing Desk
Alright listen up boys and girls, this is the real deal. Any one of my fellow office or work-from-home friends know the pain of sitting in your uncomfortable office chair for 8-10 hours a day. I’m only 24 and I swear I have the back of an 82-year-old. (Although I partially blame my dad and genetics…but that’s a different story).
I use a Jarvis Bamboo edition standing desk and man alive let me tell you, it changed my working career overnight. You’re probably thinking to yourself, “Wow, this guy is really over-hyping a standing desk”
No, I’m not. There are so many different standing desk benefits it’s unreal!
Even if you don’t get the desk I use, any type of standing desk to get you up out of your chair and standing even just for short spurts throughout the day will do wonders for your physical health. It doesn’t replace the need to get up and take walks around to stretch, but it is definitely not a bad touch to improving the overall quality of your work life.
Stop Multi-tasking, Get Focused
This one might be the most important of all my tips. I’m going to keep this one short and sweet.
Stop trying to do too much!
Go back and read that sentence again, then again, then one more time.
Got it? Good. Listen, you cannot do everything all at once, you need to organize your to-do list by breaking it down into actionable steps that you can accomplish. Getting ahold of your list and focusing only on one thing at a time will make you more productive than you ever could have imagined.
