This is a good strategy for things like phone plans, cable, car insurance, medical insurance, and anything else you pay on a monthly basis. Tell your current companies you intend on cancelling your plans with them and they may offer you better rates automatically, or ask around and see what companies your friends use.
Cancel Subscriptions You Don’t Use
Cancel all of the subscriptions you don’t use, such as apps, television streaming services, magazine subscriptions, meal kits, and anything else you can think of. There are probably so many things you pay monthly for that you don’t even remember signing up for, and these types of things can really add up.
